How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add Pimm's No.1, orange juice, apple juice, passion fruit syrup and lemon juice to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Pimm's No.1, 25ml orange juice, 25ml apple juice, 17.5ml passion fruit syrup and 17.5ml lemon juice into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the liquid into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.

  5. Garnish with raspberries.

    Place 3 raspberries on top of the drink to garnish.
