How to make

  1. Pour Pimm's No.1 into a champagne flute.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Pimm's No.1 and pour into a champagne flute.

  2. Top up with champagne.

    Slowly top up with 75ml champagne.

  3. Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon.

    With a sharp knife cut a small slice of orange or lemon on a chopping board, and place in the drink to garnish.
