How to make

  1. Muddle strawberries in a cocktail shaker.

    Press 2 strawberries in a cocktail shaker with a muddler to extract the juices and flavour.

  2. Pour Tanqueray London Dry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and add ice.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup and ½ egg white into the shaker. Add ice cubes.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a martini glass.

  5. Garnish with rosemary.

    Place a small sprig of rosemary on top of the drink to garnish.
