How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, lemon juice and sugar into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, pour 50ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 50ml lemon juice and 2tsp of sugar into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with champagne.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain into a champagne flute and pour 110ml of champagne to top up.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    With a sharp knife cut a twist of lemon peel on a chopping board and place over the rim of the glass to garnish.
