How to make

  1. Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.

    With a muddler press down on 9 mint leaves in the cocktail shaker to extract the flavour and juices. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Pour Tanqueray London Dry Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and apple juice into the shaker and add ice.

    Using a jigger, measure 35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 25ml lime juice, 17.5ml sugar syrup and 35ml apple juice into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a tall glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

  5. Garnish with mint leaf.

    Place a leaf mint on top of the drink to garnish.
