Tanqueray No. Ten Gin

Fill a glass with ice.
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Add Tanqueray No. Ten Gin and dry vermouth into the glass.
Using a jigger, pour 50ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin and 5ml dry vermouth into the glass.
Stir the mixture.
Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until well combined.
Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
